This is my 2nd purchase from De Pere Heavy Transport, this time a bigger one, a Bobcat V519 Telehandler (the first one was a Kubota SVL95 - this was a year ago, I'm still happy with it). I was still worried until the telehandler got here, about the condition, but I definitely don't regret buying it now that I got it. It's in impeccable condition, a buddy of mine even made an offer on it after he saw it, $5k on top of what I paid. What can I say, I have Lars's contact, their sales manager, he will be my first call for when I'll need another piece of equipment delivered fast. My brother in law recommended De Pere Heavy Transport, he had bought from them last year and was happy with the backhoe received. I was a bit leary at first of buying without putting my eyes on it first, considering this is a big purchase, a CAT 305 mini excavator and I am all the way up in Seattle, but in the end it turned out great. I don't usually leave reviews, but they're totally worth it, I had to do it. De Pere Heavy Transport - total transparency, you get what you paid for, exactly as they said it would be. I'm still using the mini excavator, had no issues with it so far. The team there knows their business and treat you right. That's a recipe for success!

I was a bit skeptical at first about buying the skid loader sight unseen (you can never know about hidden defects) but I saw they offer 7 days money back so I said ok, let's have it delivered (great shipping rates by the way). It arrived within a couple of days, though I live just North of Houston. I was hoping it didn't have any issues because of the low hours but didn't expect it to be exactly as they said, no issues at all and fully serviced. I put it straight to work. Very happy with the service received, congratulations. I will definitely reach out to you again, especially since you can find the equipment I need and deliver it on site ready to work.

I wanted to leave this review as I recently bought a backhoe from De Pere Heavy Transport. After 35 hours of use, it stopped working- the lights went crazy on the dash, I was thinking that's it, I have to spend a lot of money on getting it fixed. But I remembered something about the 7 days warranty, so I gave them a call and they said yes, it's covered for 50 hours, and sent someone the next day to have a look at it. It was the fuel pump, they fitted a new one and it was ready to work again. Now that's what I call great after sales customer service. I will definitely buy again from you guys, very soon I'm hoping - if I land this new contract, fingers crossed

My experience is not so happy with these guys. I decided to buy a backhoe from De Pere Heavy Transport that I needed for my farm in Illinois. I saw the pictures, video, inspection report, talked to them on the phone and started the process of buying it. They sent me a bill of sale that I signed, then an invoice. My bank took a little longer than I expected to approve my loan, but I surely didn't think a week later I would get an email saying that my transaction has been canceled and the invoice voided for non-payment. When I called to ask what's going on, they said it's sold. Not happy at all about this, I could have paid for it in cash, I just thought I'd use the bank's money and keep the cash for a rainy day. Very disappointed, I don't recommend buying from De Pere Heavy Transport

I leave this review to tell my story with De Pere Heavy Transport. They had the equipment I needed, a friend of mine told me about them, so they had this CAT 305 exactly at the time I needed it. I got burned by buying things online (it wasn't as described or in the pictures) and I'm 12 hours away, so me and my mechanic took a flight to Illinois to inspect it. Lars, their sales manager showed me their yard and the equipment. The mini excavator was as they said, my buddy the mechanic gave me the green light on it, happy days. But we spent a couple of thousands on the flights, hotel, uber, and 2 days without getting paid, so on second thought, I should have just taken advantage of their 7 days money back thing, I will do it next time for sure, I can't afford to waste money on flights, hotels, and lose good work (I build swimming pools). And also I could really use some time to relax. Thanks again De Pere Heavy Transport

I decided to buy a skid steer from De Pere Heavy Transport (the year was good, said it's fully serviced) so I thought ok this is good, it's ready to work on the farm. I have a truck and trailer, but I just couldn't spare the 2 days to make the trip, so I had them deliver it. I was a bit worried by the time it got here (I actually didn't know it was fully insured during transport - nothing happened) but it got here, and it's been very reliable for me since. Not sure what else to say, De Pere Heavy Transport is a great company, but I'm sure you will see for yourself

Being a local contractor, I've worked with De Pere Heavy Transport for over 1 year now - I rent equipment from them when I don't have enough to get the job done. At the last job, we had this Case dozer, it broke down beyond repair- too expensive and too long time to fix it. So I called De Pere Heavy Transport and asked if they had a dozer to rent long term, there wasn't one available to rent, but there was one for sale. At first we thought this is way over our budget, but after we've seen it, we decided an upgrade in our equipment fleet wouldn't be so bad. So we got ourselves a very good dozer that's getting the job done. Brilliant!

I recently took a job in Wisconsin, it's been half a year now so not so recent, anyway De Pere Heavy Transport is close to to the job, so I used them to service the equipment I have here. I'm quite pleased with them, they're specialized in all the brands, they're using genuine parts and come much cheaper than the dealership. I'm a small contractor, only 4 pieces of equipment in my fleet (1 is bought from De Pere Heavy Transport). My dad was a contractor in Wisconsin, he ran an excavating company. Sadly he passed recently, God rest his soul. I'm a dentist, I know nothing about the excavating business, so I had to sell the equipment. At first I tried selling them at dealers but they made ridiculous offers. Someone then told me about De Pere Heavy Transport, so I gave them a call. It turned out great, they took all the equipment, inspected it, serviced it, had to change some parts also on some of them, but they were all sold in about 5 weeks time, at the right price for me. I had some work done at the house and I rented a great CAT 420E backhoe from these guys. Everything went smoothly, they delivered it and picked it up after the work was finished. They had ramps also, as I obviously didn't have a loading dock at my home. All things considered I'm happy, the work got done, their rate was good, and they handled logistics. Would highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate using them again!!!!

De Pere Heavy Transport is the best! Excellent customer service by friendly and knowledgeable staff, they were helpful on the phone and had accurate answers. They had the equipment I was looking for (a Bobcat E50 with low hours) for a reasonable price, and decent shipping rates. The machine arrived quickly, too. My neighbor and friend bought a tractor for his farm sight unseen from De Pere Heavy Transport and I was surprised to see he got a very good one, very clean inside and outside, no smoke, no leaks, paint looking good also. So I asked him for their contact information, as I was looking for a specific model that they didn't have in stock at the time, but a couple of weeks later they called and said they had found one. It was $10k outside my budget, but from pictures and video it looked like exactly what I wanted so I decided to buy it. Very happy I did, I received exactly what I paid for, what I needed for quite some time. Great to deal with these people. I couldn't be happier and this will now be my "go to" heavy equipment store
